2. QPS-100 Base Unit

Locking unit for precise and repeatable positioning
The QPS-100 base unit is designed for fast and secure clamping of pallets on CNC machining centers. The key feature is mechanical locking, which is activated by a strong internal spring, while release is handled pneumatically – ensuring safe locking even in case of air pressure loss.

To achieve high positioning repeatability, the base unit uses a pair of precisely ground locating pins that allow it to return to the exact same position with a deviation of less than ±0.008 mm. The construction combines hardened contact points made of tool and stainless steel with an anodized aluminum housing, ensuring long-term wear resistance and stability even under intensive use.

3. QPS-100 System Pallets

Reliable clamping. Precise positioning.
QPS-100 pallets are made of 6082 aluminum, making them easy to machine and adapt. For long-term precision, they are equipped with hardened stainless steel locking inserts and hardened tool steel guide bushings. They are designed for quick changeover and repeatable positioning of ±0.008 mm.
Pallet dimensions:
180 × 260 × 34 mm – approx. 4 kg
220 × 350 × 34 mm – approx. 7 kg

4. Positioning and Locking Kit

Everything you need to create your own machining pallets.
This kit contains all the key components needed for reliable positioning and safe locking of pallets within the QPS-100 Pallet System.
Precisely machined parts ensure tight tolerances and high repeatability.
Kit contents:
1× Locking ring
2× Guide bushings
3D models and technical documentation are available upon request for fast and easy custom pallet manufacturing.
